Board and Management
Aldata Solution Oyj’s Annual General Meeting on 1 April 2008, elected to the Board of Directors, until the end of the following Annual General Meeting, as re-elected members Mr Bertrand Sciard and Mr William Chisholm and as new members Mr Aarne Aktan, Mr Tommy H. Karlsson and Mr Thomas E. Peterson.
The Board convened after the Annual General Meeting. In the meeting Mr William Chisholm was elected as the Chairman of the Board and Mr Bertrand Sciard as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
