Description
Système U Ouest is a cooperative of independent traders. The cooperative includes 360 outlets divided into three names: HYPER U, SUPER U and MARCHE U. They have 400 000m² of storage space in 10 warehouses. They serve 20 departments of France’s greater Western Region, which represents 5 million pallets shipped per year or 210 million parcels handled in detail.
To optimise preparation and stocktaking, Système U Ouest’s central buying facility has chosen Aldata and its G.OL.D. Vocal model: a warehouse management solution which, among other things, frees operators from paper constraints and guarantees the optimal running of operations.
Système U Ouest uses G.O.L.D. Vocal for picking preparation functions, splitting preparation functions and all the stocktaking activities.
